By downloading, accessing, or using RMT Exam Prep Hub (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RMT Exam Prep Hub is an educational tool designed to assist massage therapy students and registration candidates in preparing for professional licensing exams in Canada. The App provides study materials, practice questions, performance analytics, and other educational content.
The App is for educational and informational purposes only and does not guarantee exam success, employment, or official certification.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account using your email address or a supported login method. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or interfere with other users’ experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, images, graphics, quizzes, code, and other materials within the App are the exclusive property of Andrei Kovalevskii and are protected under Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Educational Disclaimer

The App provides general educational content based on professional sources and materials authored by Andrei Kovalevskii. It is not a substitute for professional instruction, clinical training, or official CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) guidelines.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, users are encouraged to consult official regulatory or educational sources.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Pricing and subscription details are displayed within the App or the App Store listing.
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;

  • Attempt to copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App;

  • Share or resell access to App content without permission;

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; or

  • Interfere with App functionality or servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMT Exam Prep Hub, its creator, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
All materials are provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees of performance, reliability, or accuracy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the App, its users, or its reputation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App and/or on the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
